1. Applicability
These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the conditions for use of the web service "Album Sweet" ("the Service") provided by TSUKURUN Corporation ("we").
2. Service Description
The Service provides music album information browsing, search, credit exploration, and music listening experiences through integration with external services such as YouTube.
3. Account Registration
Users may register an account using an email address and password, or authenticate via OAuth with a Google / Apple account, in order to use certain features of the Service. Users shall keep their registration information accurate and up to date.
4. Data Sources
Album and artist information provided by the Service primarily comes from MusicBrainz (CC0 license) and Cover Art Archive. While we strive to maintain data quality, we do not guarantee complete accuracy.
5. Prohibited Activities
Users shall not engage in the following activities:
- Placing excessive load on the Service's servers
- Automated mass collection of data (scraping, etc.)
- Interfering with the operation of the Service
- Activities that violate laws or public order
- Other activities deemed inappropriate by us
6. Account Deletion
Users may delete their account at any time from the My Page settings. Upon account deletion, the user's registration information, collections, follows, and other data will be deleted. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
7. Disclaimer
We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the Service's content. We bear no liability for damages arising from the use of the Service.
8. Service Changes and Suspension
We may change, suspend, or terminate the Service without prior notice.
9. Changes to Terms
We may change these Terms when deemed necessary. Changed Terms take effect when posted on the Service.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
